8:15 a.m.           Pick-up at Riverside Plaza (Exit 11/156 Clinton St), Cortland

Mid-morning    bus stops for a break

1:00 p.m.          Arrive at Bryant Park, 42nd Street, NYC

1:15 p.m.          Free time in Manhattan

5:15 p.m.          Doors open for “A Prairie Home Companion” (123 W 43rd Street)

5:45 p.m.          Audience MUST be seated

6:00 p.m.         Performance begins

8:00 p.m.         Performance ends

9:00 p.m.         WRVO group re-assembles at Bryant Park (42nd Street)

9:15 p.m.         Buses depart NYC
