"People's Map of Syracuse"

Syracuse, NY – Imagine having a map that will guide you to unique and often little known places worth visiting in Syracuse. Such a map will be available later this year. The "People's Map of Greater Syracuse" is the newest project being unertaken by the Syracuse Cultural Workers, which have a long history of community involvment. Organic Farming and Good Writing: Scott Chaskey

Oswego, NY – Scott Chaskey believes good writing comes from the same places as good tomatoes or the best sweet corn: the soil of the organic farm he tends to on Long Island.
Chaskey is the manager of Quail Hill Farm in Amagansett and author of "This Common Ground: Seasons on an Organic Farm" published last year by Viking.
He says writing and farming are very similar as we hear in this report filed by David Hollis.

Guidelines for Lawyer Advertising

Oswego, NY – Over-the-top legal ads and aggressive marketing by some lawyers might become a thing of the past under new guidelines recommended by a New York State Bar Association task force. The "Bar" wants a special panel to review lawyer advertising to help protect the public.

Farmers in NYS Ready for Biofuel Push
