Composing for "Lost in a Viral Paradise"

Oswego, NY – Students at the State University College at Oswego are continuing their creative journey toward producing an original, abstract theater production called, "Lost in a Viral Paradise". Onondaga 19 Law

Syracuse, NY – It's back to the drawing board in Onondaga County for a local law that would have raised the age to purchase cigarettes to 19.
Members of the county legislature met today to consider changes in the law but the session ended in disagreement.

Civil Confinement Challenged

Oswego, NY – The advocacy group, "Mental Hygiene Legal Services successfully filed a lawsuit that argued 12 convicted sex offenders, who had served their prison sentences, were denied due process when the Pataki administration ordered them held in a psychiatric facility. Umbilical Cord Blood Bank Center Planned For Syracuse, NY
