SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Almost a quarter of homeless adults are veterans. Special federal programs are available to those who served yet dozens of veterans in Central New York remain on the streets. A conference today in Syracuse aims to end veteran homelessness within a decade. WRVO's Matt Hackworth reports.
