Oswego, NY – Public school kids in New York are headed back to class.
WRVO's Elizabeth Christensen checked in witih the President of the New York State School Boards Association, Tim Kremer, to find out what issues will be on administrators' minds this year. He says the health and wellness pf students is the biggest concern.
