Oswego, NY – The new school year is underway with new labor representation for New York public school teachers.
The National Education Association and New York United Teachers recently merged making it one of the largest public employees union in the state.
The National President of the N-E-A visited Ithaca to give a "back to school" pep talk. WRVO's Chris Ulanowski spoke with the N-E-A's Reg Weaver.
