Albany, NY – Rochester-area billionaire businessman Thomas Golisano, who recently announced he's leaving the state because of high taxes, visited Albany Monday to say he blames Governor David Paterson for his exodus. Capitol Bureau Correspondent Karen DeWitt reports.
