Libyan Prime Minister Mahmoud Jibril confirms Thursday that ousted dictator Moammar Gadhafi is dead. And as anti-Gadhafi forces solidify control over Libya, journalists and human rights advocates report attacks specifically aimed at black Libyans and migrants from Sub-Saharan Africa.
