Utica, NY – Restoring an old house is not an easy task. Ask Dan Cooper. He's the author of the "Butchy Chronicles." He was invited to speak at Utica's Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute. The title of his presentation was Houses and Spouses: The Dark Side of Preservation. WRVO's Chris Ulanowski spoke to the author about his work.
