Civil Confinement Challenged

Oswego, NY – The advocacy group, "Mental Hygiene Legal Services successfully filed a lawsuit that argued 12 convicted sex offenders, who had served their prison sentences, were denied due process when the Pataki administration ordered them held in a psychiatric facility. WRVO's Chris Ulanowski spoke to the group's Emmitt Creahan about a ruling in the case from the New York State Court of Appeals.
