Oswego, NY – Conservative leaders from New York's 23rd Congressional seat backed Lake Placid businessman Doug Hoffman for the house seat. That sets the stage for a three-way race to succeed John McHugh. State Conservative Party Chairman tells WRVO's Chris Ulanowski why he believes Hoffman is best qualified for the job.
