Oswego, NY – Northern New York Republicans have named State Assemblywoman Dede Scozzafava their candidate in an upcoming special election to fill NY's 23rd Congressional seat. The choice isn't sitting well with right-leaning Republicans and Conservatives in New York and nationally.
