CSEA and Cuomo Announce Deal to Avert Layoffs

Oswego, NY – New York's largest state worker union and Governor Andrew Cuomo say they've reached a contract agreement that protects the union's members from the governor's threatened layoffs.

WRVO's Joyce Gramza reports, the governor and the Civil Service Employees Association announced the deal this afternoon.
