Oswego, NY – Winter is nearly over in upstate New York. It was almost a record-setting season for snowfall...but not quite. For several weeks in Oswego County, it seemed the snow would never stop. WRVO's Skye Rohde rode along with one of winter's first responders, a highway plow operator, and has this account of her stint as his "wingman."
