Utica, NY – Congressional candidate Ray Meier captured considerable media attention last week when Vice-President Dick Cheney stopped in Utica for a campaign fundraiser.
We spoke then to the 24th District republican candidate.
Our attention now turns to his opponent , democrat Michael Arcuri. He spoke to WRVO's Chris Ulanowski.
