Syracuse, NY – The economy was a central theme in Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney's first State of the County Address.
She delivered her speech last night before an audience of local elected officials and others gathered in a Syracuse school auditorium.
She explained "the State of the County" to WRVO's Chris Ulanowski.
