Oswego, NY – On November 3, voters in New York's 23rd Congressional District will head to the polls to vote for a new member of Congress. Voters may have only seen or heard the candidates through radio or television advertising.

This week, we're hearing from all 3 candidates, who recently stopped by the WRVO studios. In this interview, we meet the Democratic candidate, Bill Owens.
