Utica, NY – The bookmobile is a staple of many a childhood in upstate New York. Big old busses modified to hold thousands of books rumbled into town regularly over the decades. A few still do. But later this month, the Mid-York Library System will shut down its 42-year-old bookmobile service. WRVO's Skye Rohde reports on the reasons for the closure and the impact it will have.
