Oswego, NY – The House Appropriations Committee has approved $10.4 million dollars to prepare New York's Air National Guard Unit based in Syracuse for new unmanned aerial aircraft. Local Congress Jim Walsh secured the funding. He spoke to WRVO's Chris Ulanowski.
