New York Officials Criticize IJC Water Management Plan

Oswego, NY – New York officials are questioning why the International Joint Commission failed to propose a more environmentally sensitive plan to regulate the water flow of the St. Lawrence River and the water level on Lake Ontario. WRVO's Chris Ulanowski spoke to NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Assistant Commissioner for Water Resources about the I-J-C's proposed "Plan 2007" and its anticipated effects.
