Oswego, NY – New York has in place a plan to allocate more than $392-million in federal stimulus dollars for highway projects. The federal stimulus spending is the subject of WRVO's Community Forum Monday in Syracuse. As a lead up to that discussion, forum moderator, WRVO Morning Edition Host Jason Smith, spoke to one of the panelist, Congressman Dan Maffei.
