NY State Senate Disarray Moves Into Day 4

Albany, NY – Organizers of a coup in the New York State Senate have put off reconvening the chamber for yet another day, amid signs that the coalition might be falling apart. Meanwhile, the current leader of the Senate democrats, Malcolm Smith, has asked the courts for an injunction.
