NY's Cigarette Taxes

Oswego, NY – Governor David Paterson says he could support new taxes on cigarettes as a way to raise revenues to help close the state's budget deficit. This comes as New York is graded on its laws protecting citizens from tobacco-caused illnesses. WRVO's Jasmyn Belcher has more.
