Syracuse, NY – We've been hearing this week from Central New York Congressman Dan Maffei, who is back in Syracuse during Congress' august recess. Yesterday on morning edition, the freshman democrat spoke about the need for high speed rail in New York, as well as climate change. In the final part of our interview, Maffei talks candidly about health care, and how it can be improved. He tells WRVO's Jason Smith why he feels health care is not the biggest issue facing the country right now.
