Oswego, NY – Rochester Mayor Robert Duffy is expected to run for lieutenant governor alongside Andrew Cuomo during this year's gubernatorial election. The two Democrats are scheduled to appear together in New York City later this morning to formally make the announcement. WRVO's Ryan Morden spoke with WXXI's Julie Philipp to find out more about the upstate mayor.
