Oswego, NY – Family belt-tightening because of higher food and fuel prices is becoming the norm. The same is true for schools as kids return to the classroom. Teachers too struggle with classroom belt-tightening. Some respond by digging deep into their own pocketbooks to make sure the learning experience is just right for school kids.
