Havana, Cuba – At a time when the Bush administration continues to toughen its stance against Cuba and American travel to the island, an upstate college has created a study abroad program there. It's one of just five semester-in-Cuba programs offered by American universities. WRVO's Skye Rohde spoke with the program's coordinators, as well as with some of the students after they arrived in Havana.
