'Shop Talk': Jobs Plan, 'Credible' Threat, GOP Debate

President Obama unveiled a new jobs plan to Congress Thursday. U.S. officials are looking into what they call a "credible" potential terrorist threat, coinciding with the Sept. 11 anniversary.
