State Senator Talks about Paterson's Speech

Oswego, NY – Governor Paterson is expected to make serious cuts to the state budget, which is facing a $6.4 billion deficit.

The Governor spoke about the state's fiscal problems in a televised address on Tuesday.

WRVO's Jason Smith spoke with Syracuse area state Senator John DeFrancisco about the Governor's speech.
