SUNY Oswego Students Using Cell Phones For Safety

Oswego, NY – Campus safety is always a top concern for incoming college freshmen and their parents, and university police across the country are constantly on the look-out for new ways to keep students safe.

WRVO's Mike Benjamin reports on how the state university of New York at Oswego is one of the first colleges in the nation to implement a new security system that utilizes cell phones.
