Syracuse, NY – Central New York's manufacturing industry may be declining, but its arts scene is thriving. With more than 90 arts organizations in the area, and a number of new projects and renovations, there are plenty of galleries, exhibits and performances to choose from. But a push by local artists to build upon existing resources and fill the gaps in further strengthening the region's cultural offerings. WRVO's Skye Rohde has this report.
