Tobacco Sampling at the Speak Easy Tavern

By Skye Rohde

Watertown, NY – New York State's expanded Clean Indoor Air Act has been in place since July, banning smoking in almost all public places, restaurants and bars. But some bar owners are taking advantage of a clause in the law which allows two "tobacco sampling" nights per year. Watertown mayor-elect Jeffrey Graham owns the Speak Easy Tavern. He told WRVO's Skye Rohde that he plans to host a tobacco sampling event on New Year's Eve.
