Oswego, NY – Something might be noticably absent from high school commencement ceremonies this year. Many schools nationwide are eliminating the valedictorian class-ranking system. It's being done in part to bring about a greater degree of fairness among students. That's according to the Executive Director of the New York State Schools Boards Association, Tim Kremer. He spoke to WRVO's Chris Ulanowski.
