Syracuse , NY – A group of young professionals which set out last year to bring about positive change in Central New York has set a date for a second 40 Below Summit. It will take place October 7th at the OnCenter in Downtown Syracuse. WRVO's Chris Ulanowski spoke with 40 Below Summit Steering Committee Chair Jessica Crawford.
