Bad weather and birth rates

Oswego, New York – Heavy Snowfall is nothing new for Oswego County...and history tells us good things actually can come from bad weather.

With all the travel advisories and state of emergencies in the area...many people have been stuck in their homes. Some health officials say cabin fever can lead to a little surprise nine-months later.

WRVO's Jasmyn belcher spoke with Lori Greeney...the Clinical Nursing Manager for Maternity at Oswego Hospital about the correlation between pregnancies and bad weather.
