CNY Small Businesses Set to Gain From Federal Stimulus

Oswego, NY – Part of the federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act provides stimulus funds for small businesses. The Measure allows business owners to obtain bank loans, guaranteed up to 90 percent by the US Small Business Administration. The owners can then invest in growth for their small business.
