Oswego, NY – Syracuse-area State Senator Dave Valesky says he's concerned about Governor David Paterson's ability to provide leadership. The democrat says Lieutenant Governor Richard Ravitch should assume day-to-day negotiations with the legislature over a new state budget, as it would be difficult to follow Paterson's lead at this time.
