Court sought on a tax dispute over Native-American sold goods.

Oswego, NY – Central New York State Assemblyman David Townsend is seeking a court order to force New York to collect sales taxes on cigarettes and gasoline sold by native-americans to non-Indians. Townsend spoke to WRVO's Chris Ulanowski about the issue.
