Hip-Hop in Syracuse Schools

Syracuse, NY – More than 2,700 students attended the Syracuse Hip-Hop Summit at the Carrier Dome Wednesday morning. The summit was the culmination of a flurry of hip-hop related school lessons. It also caused controversy over whether hip-hop music belongs in the classroom in the first place. WRVO's Skye Rohde has this report.
