Local Officials Are Prepared for Terrorism

Oswego, NY – The heightened homeland terror alert issued with the start of the war in Iraq has prompted local officials to assess the resources the level of preparedness need to respond to a crisis or disaster.

WRVO' Allessandra Messore reports that Oswego, like many cities across New York are reviewing their local emergency plans.
