Syracuse, NY – Syracuse police are calling the latest edition of "Operation Rolling Thunder" a success. This was a sweep of people with outstanding warrants against them.
As WRVO's Ellen Abbott reports, the thing that targeted them in this sweep was the fact that all had arrests beyond the outstanding warrants.
