Syracuse, NY – Republican Syracuse mayoral candidate Otis Jennings supports the "Say Yes to Education" program that encourages city school kids to do well with the promise of a free college education. But with only half of all city school student graduating, Jennnings says there should also be an emphasis on preparing some kids for the skilled trades. WRVO's Chris Ulanowski asked the candidate to elaborate.
