Parents advocate for stillborn birth certificates

Oswego, New York – Parents of stillborn children in New York State are pushing for legislation that would give them a certificate acknowledging the birth.

WRVO's Jasmyn Belcher spoke with Jeff Tieger, co-founder of Daniel's STAR and one of the parents campaigning for the bill.
