Senate Republicans Seek Changes To Drug Law

Oswego, NY – A Syracuse-area state senator is pushing for modifications to New York's new drug laws.

State Senate Republicans want to repeal a provision in the new law, that allows criminal records of certain drug offenders to be sealed after they complete a rehabilitation program.

WRVO's Jasmyn Belcher spoke with Senator John DeFrancisco.
