Uva seeks GOP nomination for Congress

Oswego, NY – An Oswego physician is seeking the Republican nomination to run for NY's 23rd Congressional District seat in a special election. The seat will soon be vacant with the departure of Republican John McHugh, who President Obama selected to serve as the new Secretary of the Army. WRVO's Chris Ulanowski spoke to Dr. Ronald Uva.
