Oswego, New York – New yorkers head to the polls today to vote on local school district budgets. The voting comes after state officials directed hundreds of millions of dollars in additional spending to schools. That has left some questioning whether schools have done enough to control spending and reduce taxes. WRVO's Richard Annal has more.....
