Oswego, NY – NPR is turning 40, and celebrating its history with a new book. It's called, "This is NPR" and it traces the story of America's first public radio network from its earliest days to today. NPR's Ari Shapiro wrote one of the chapters of the book. He joins WRVO's Kate Percival to talk about it.
